Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Ivory Los Angeles. Please review our Shipping Policy before placing your order to understand how and when your items will be shipped.


1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: All in-stock orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is confirmed.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Note: Some items may be pre-order, meaning they are not ready to ship immediately. In these cases, standard processing and shipping times do not apply. Estimated shipping dates for pre-order items will be listed on the product page.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently offer domestic shipping within the United States only.

Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, carrier delays, or high-volume seasons.
Pre-order items may ship outside of these timelines based on availability and production schedules.


3. Pre-Orders

Some products may be listed as pre-order, which means they are made to order or currently in production.
If you order a pre-order item:

  • The expected shipping timeframe will be noted on the product page.

  • Regular processing and shipping times do not apply.

  • You will receive tracking details once the item has shipped.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, they may ship together or separately depending on availability. We’ll notify you via email if your order is split.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to update.

If you haven’t received tracking after 5 business days (and your item is not a pre-order), please contact us at ivoryhilllosangeles@gmail.com.


5. Lost or Stolen Packages

Ivory Los Angeles is not responsible for any packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but are lost or stolen after delivery.
If this occurs:

  • Double-check your shipping address and surroundings

  • Contact the shipping carrier for further assistance

  • Reach out to us at ivoryhilllosangeles@gmail.com — we’ll do our best to assist


6. Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at ivoryhilllosangeles@gmail.com.

 If the order hasn't shipped yet, we’ll do our best to correct it.


7. International Shipping

At this time, Ivory Los Angeles only ships within the United States.
We do not offer international shipping or delivery to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or PO Boxes.
